A is for Awareness and Acceptance:  As our hearts are softened, we learn to shift our focus from what we lack to the abundance which is available to us. We come to see that we have a constant flow of divine support. We let go of hurts and resentments to make room for a sense of gratitude and abundance. As we realize how much we have to be grateful for, we shift from a state of discontentment to a sense of awe and wonder of our own potential to impact the world in a positive way.

C is for Curiosity and Conscious Intention: We continue to be curious about ourselves and open our hearts to what the universe wants to share with us. We build a daily habit of sacred ceremony to seek clarity of purpose and to root ourselves in the Sacred realm and to the Earth. We learn to act with intention in all aspects of our lives. We develop more clarity about our life’s purpose and discover abilities we didn’t know we had. Our conscious intention helps guide us to channel our unique gifts to benefit ourselves, our relationships and our planet.

R is for Recognition and Reflection:  We come to understand that separation from ourselves, from others, and from the Divine are different aspects of the same illusion. We recognize that we are not, nor have never been, alone. This is true even in the secret space of our own hearts. We notice when feelings of anger and resentment flare up that we are being invited to examine our own hearts for the very qualities and characteristics we project onto others. We Reflect on our darker aspects (shadow) and, by accepting ourselves fully, we free more energy for our greater good.

E is for Embodiment: We choose to consciously connect with our bodies. We pay attention to physical sensations we once ignored. We are gently curious about what our bodies need and what they have to tell us. We notice when we have harsh thoughts about our bodies and choose compassion over criticism. We embrace our bodies as they are and stand firmly in the center of ourselves. From there, we can effortlessly be there for others.

D is for the Dance of Rebirth: The inevitable result of our pursuit of Sacredness leads us to appreciate the universal cycle of letting go and being reborn. We come to recognize that all things: all thoughts, attitudes, concepts and actions follow a cycle of birth, growth, decline, death and rebirth. We notice when we are clinging to a thought, a person or an inaccurate self-concept and choose to let it go. In this way, we are constantly making room for new growth and possibility. We embrace a grander vision of who we are and the infinite possibilities of how we can impact our world. We attune our bodies and minds to the Dance of Spirit and we rejoice in it.
